then check phone goes at boot mode or not

if not then phone boot dead repair with any jteg tool.

if you will get boot mode mean tri colour dispaly then flash with latest rom

There are two different ways to get bootloader mode in Google Nexus One phone. I've posted both methods to get bootloader mode, you can follow any one of the below given methods:
