HTC Magic bricked

someone who bricked their phone but found a loop hole. I have never bricked my phone and hoping i never will but for those who have bricked their phone here are some steps to try to unbrick it! HOPE IT HELPS! SEND FEED BACK!!

So you can’t access bootloader or recovery and the only thing that works is the blue led trick when pressing trackball + power button??

Try the procedure below.

Step 1: Turned Phone off by taking out the battery.

Step 2: Prepared SD card
Put SD card in card reader and formatted it as FAT32, copied the onto it.
Sapphimg.nbh

Step 3: Put SD card back in phone

Step 4: Hold Vol down + Power + track ball together and put battery to start phone

Step 5: Run update

First of all, there any many types os bricked Magic, all of them have a solution.

The only one with no solution, is when the Magic turn on and Show a Box with one arrow and don't do nothing more.

Hi i need readed dump from HTC Magic G2 32B i think ,i try files from ORT but is stil same problem
 
I've working with JTAG ini Satelite recivers, to get som data

In HTC only with Tynt and the points are very small too...but i think that's are smallest...

you are rigth, not small for real profesional, but for some one like me have only a big soldering, and have FLUX, it's not easy , there is my magic phone pinout :

and after remove some glue and soldering with out Flux, and big wire soldering, there is the resul :

I prefer stop and go to other think before the massacre , maybe next time,

anny one can tell me if they have this Jig for Magic handset in the marcket pls ?

about UFC I use a modified cable for some Alcatel MTK phone, and the pin is verry big for Magic hanset, don't forget this picture it's with microscop,

yes maybe some one made it, but the probleme is the pin number 11 on this picture :



it's some under the metal, so can't touch it directely with connector, or maybe need cut this metal with dremel before :

Friend for pin 11 you need bend metal or cut a little to solder. For make jig I'm triying to disassembled a samsung i900 jig to use this pins or make over i900 jig.
 
final I unlock my handset with new update of polar on this thread
