I have the same problem whenever I try to install an update on my Legend. It downloads fine, but when I click to install, the screen goes black & the buttons at the bottom stay lit up so I assumed this meant it was installing.... but then it stayed like that and i left it all night?
Can someone tell the what your phone does from when you press install to when it's complete?
