HTC Inspire or SAMSUNG Captivate!! HEELPP!!?

I've seen many videos of each on youtube but I just can't make up my mind on which one. They both have AWESOME feature. Please help. Also I really care that I can use the internet with or without wifi.
Also, one of the videos said that the inspire has 4g and the captivate doesnt. What does that mean.
 
The inspire is the better choice. It has a 8mp camera and the captivate only has 5. Inspire has flash captivate doesn't. Inspire allows you to track your phone of lost or stolen captivate doesn't. The inspire is 4G the captivate is 3G meaning that when on the internet and surfing the web the inspire will download the page faster than the captivate.
