HTC Incredible diagnostic drivers

Hey guys,

I took my Incredible to a Cricket dealer that does full flashing. Everything's working except for data. I'm trying to get into QPST to double-check everything, but the phones not being detected. I believe this is because I don't have the right diag driver loaded. I've searched, but am unable to find the drivers that the Incredible uses (is it the same as the Hero?). Can somebody point me to the drivers?

They should load on their own once you put the phone into DM mode..( ##DIAG# )..I'm working on Data also..I can get into QPST no problem I just cant seem to get the settings right. Its there but real slow and I can feel a temp difference when I turn it on. I used the Hero settings as a guide bit I guess they aren't quite right for the Incredible
 
plug in your phone and activate it as a disk drive.

on the phones drive (not your sd card) there is a exe file which will install htc sync - it will install all the drivers for you
