HTC Hero too many pattern attemps

HTC Hero too many pattern attemp try to Reset by Home back and call
after the reset its the same problem i try to flash the OS
by RUU and i cant find the ADB or Android 1.0 driver
any solution to make this phone work?
 
i cant bypass the gmail activation
i write the right email and pass
but the pass was cleared after the login
reset wont help
 
i search over the internet the hard reset and i didnt find
hard reset for the HTC hero
maybe you can to explain me how make the hard reset

1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the HOME and BACKand then briefly press the END CALL/POWER button. The reset process will start after a few seconds.
2. Wait for the phone to finish the reset process and then press MENU.

i try this also still after the reset its tell me too many attemps
there any way to flash the phone?

Very good reply my lord. But he is talking about HTC HERO. which is a bit differ than G1
