HTC HERO (the g2) SD Card connection to Laptop Problems.?

HTC HERO (the g2), I'm Having a problem with connecting my phone to my laptop (Acer aspire 3690). when it connects its all okay but when i go to 'my computer' to click on the file in which is my SD card it keeps telling me "Access Denied" ... anyone help me here please ?
