HTC Hero text ringer?

I just recently purchased a HTC Hero, but I can't seem to set a particular ringer for text messages. I tried setting up the ringer I want by setting it up as a notifications ringer, but no luck.

Can anyone help me in figuring out how to set a ringtone for text messages?
