D Dylan New member Mar 6, 2010 #1 when I load up my Sprint HTC hero, It goes to an exclamation mark inside a triangle with a picture of the phone under it.. it wont let me do anything its frozen... It doesnt let me restart either.. What is this problem? Is there a way to fix it?
