htc hermes - any point in waiting?

I'm dying to move to a qwerty pocket pc phone.

I have Cingular, but I don't need the phone to be from them, and I'd even be willing to switch for the Hermes.

However, is it being released in any flavor anywhere anytime soon, or should I just go pick up the Wizard/8125 (is Wifi on that crippled in any way)?
 
there is no confirmed release date for the HERMES yet, some sites say sometime this year though, if you need a really good phone with a keyboard then the wizard is a good choice, the wifi is not locked or disabled and it has bluetooth and a really good speakerphone, only downside may be the 200mhz omap processor which can be a little slow depending on what you want to do with it, but you can always overclock it if needed.I would love to get my hands on the HERMES too
