HTC HD2 Running Droid Os

I bought the HD2 from T-mobile and I love the phone , but windows OS i not for me , has anyone tried running DRoid Os on the HD2, now that Driod os is supposed to get FLash I want to try and run it also the windows app store selection sucks and you have to pay for alot if not almost all the apps. I miss my Android free goodness, not to mention the Windows app store doesnt have as wide of a selection.

Will it work?
WIll so features not be able to run?
What are the pros and cons ,maybe a walk through on how to do it?
 
The HD2 is a great device don't get me wrong. I have played with it and love it, but why did you get this phone when sprint has the Evo 4G coming in June and it is the better Android version of the HD2.
 
I was in deprate need of a now phone , but The HD2 Has a much bigger screen, thats the only down side I see to THe EVO 4 from sprint, If Tmobile could get their Internet Speed up then I would be in heaven .
