HTC HD2 (Leo) ROM upgrade help?

I am trying to upgrade my HTC HD2s ROM version from 1.43.206.4 (70315) WWE from 11/06/09 to the most recent ROM version 3.14.707.3 but whenever I put in my serial number, it says "Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device." Can anyone help me with this or maybe give me a serial number I could use to download the ROM? Also, I am on an O2 unbranded HTC HD2 (Leo).
