HTC HD2 Gingerbread 2.3.3 call issues? (Chipmunk Static Sounds?)?

I have had my Htc Hd2 recently Turned into a android and for some reasons its makes the caller im calling have a Chipmunk sounding voice and static , then when i hang up the phone can no longer make any calls i have to keep restarting the phone and still no luck, the phone was flashed so its not working off the s.d. card but does anybody know what going on and can help me?
 
Which method did you use to flash Android to the Windows Mobile phone? There are what seem to be fixes to the SD card problem and "chipmunk/robot" voice when making calls, that was a problem with some phones.

You may have to back everything you do not want to lose to your computer.
