HTC/Ethen/O2

I used to have a Nokia E65 until today. Time for an upgrade however I don't know what I want:

quad band
Qwerty would be nice
Mobile 5/6
VoIP
Wifi
TOM or any other nav. soft
Touch screen


The HTC and Ethen or O2 are the choices. I am traveling a lot so it will be nice just to pop a new Sim card and use the phone.
I need a very reliable phone with decent speed.

Any suggestions?
 
HTC Kaiser. Would've recommended HTC P3300 but you need a QWERTY keyboard.. so wait for the HTC Kaiser, has everything you've listed, and ETEN is apparently very buggy.
