HTC Droid Incredible Update Help!?

The other day (Feb. 8th) I got an update sent to my phone asking if I wanted to receive the update then. I was in the middle of doing something, so I said no, and I figured I could just update my phone later. Well, I don't know how to download the update onto my phone. If someone could tell me how to send the update to my phone again, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
