i bought a HTC droid eris on ebay and when i tried to activate it they told me that it is under someone else's account. the seller on ebay claims they are a pawn shop and cannot fix it. verizon says that only the previous owner can remove their acccount. is that true or is there a way i can do it with the ESN #?
