HTC Desire or Sony Ericsson Xperia X10?

I'm getting a new phone later this month and I'm either going to get the HTC Desire or the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. Which one is better? I will mostly be using the phone for texting, the internet and for photos.
Currently, I have the Nokia N95 8GB, so what are the camera's like compared to on the nokia, since i found that to be a very good camera.
