HTC Desire HD protective case and dock combo?

I want to get a protective case for my HDH (pref gel rubber type)... theres so many to choose from. But i also what a desktop charging dock.

Is there a suitable case that that fits well but will also let me put my phone in the charging dock without having to remove the case??

Does anyone use both? any suggetions?
