HTC Crashing

I got my phone on friday it stop working before I even started downloading. The I had it swapped out downloaded somethings and it starting crashing. I am getting my third phone on tuesday. I think I am going to return it and get the samsung moment

yeah you gave us absolutely no information, what device is it? which version of Android? what are you downloading? its possible that what you are downloading or trying to install could be the problem in which case every phone you get will have the same issue.
