i need your help,i am working in a Auto Parts Manufacturing Unit from June 2006.that time i joined this Unit without any joining letter,and this unit have only 9 employees and salary is being given hand to hand,i am here working as production Incharge or Manager.i report to the owner of the unit or to Proprietor.
plz tell me how should i get done my Joining,Confirmation,promotion letter and format of salary certificate.waiting your reply
