Ok, so I have Windows XP (SP3), and I can't get my bluetooth to work. The bluetooth hardware came already installed in the computer. Originally it worked, but after I installed an update from Microsoft (probably SP 2/3), it just started giving me an error (I can't remember what error it was). I fixed that error and then got a new one that I couldn't find any information on. So, I uninstalled all of my bluetooth software so that it would stop. I just recently re-installed the bluetooth software from HP.
Okay, so here is the current problem. The little blue bluetooth icon on the system tray is blue with a red symbol instead of blue with a white symbol. When I right-click on it it only says "Bluetooth Device Not Found." How do I fix this?
