How's my diet/exercise plan?

Hi! recently, well... just last sunday i looked at myself in the mirror and was repulsed. So starting the next day i ate healthy. which i plan to do until i shed this weight.

my weight:92kg
height:5'11"

diet:
breakfast: cereal-all bran.
Recess: half a sandwich (cheese white bread) or a banana.
lunch: a sandwich with ham in it not butter/margerine.
dinner:bits of it but mostly vegetables and water.

my exercise plan.
monday:riding 20km's in 40 minutes, 30 minutes doing upper body weights.
tuesday: 90 minutes of tennis.
wednesday: riding 20km's in 40 minutes, 30 minutes of lower body weights.
thursday: 90 minutes of tennis.
friday: day off.
saturday: one hour and a half of soccer + 2 hours of tennis.
sunday: 1 hour of weights and 1.5 hours of soccer.

how does my plan sound and how much do you think i can drop within 13 weeks/ 3 months and a week.
