LOOKING FOR NEW PHONE WITH NEW CONTRACT.
HOWS CHOCOLATE PHONE?
ANY OTHER RECOMMEND PHONE?

I Have IPOD & Digital Camera;
Which means I dont really care about mp3/camera Options;
All I Care about is a Design;
I Had 4 of Razr V3 Since it released; I lost it again T-T;

IF CHOCOLATE PHONE IS GOOD FOR ME.
WHICH SERVICE PROVIDER IS GOOD WITH CHOCOLATE PHONE?

Cingular and T-mobile has no Warranty and Insurance;;
Cause it has been Unlocked;;
Only Verizon has it for $50 a year;

If you're going with Verizon, remember that their Chocolate is different than one you would use on Cingular or T-Mobile (unless you get a Korean one activated, but that's kind of hard). Verizon's has a circular metallic-looking pad on the front instead of the square one that blends in with the rest of the phone of the GSM/Korean version. I'd say that the GSM version is better, in which case you should go for Cingular or T-Mobile (not sure about your talking habits so I can't recommend anything for you there) unless you can get the Korean one activated (hard).
 
The GSM Version of the Chocolate looks better IMO, but the LG Chocolate for Verizon has a memory slot, making it more practical as an MP3 player. I think it has a better screen too.

It's CDMA though so if you get a contract with Verizon you are basically stuck there for 2 years.
