do u make your pics change colors flashing colors? want to make some picz dat flah dif. colors but not sure how
 
I don't know what you have, if you have any kind of program... But I'm talking about Adobe Photoshop [just about any version] if you have it: Duplicate the image in to different layers and change the hue by doing Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation for each one... Then File>Save For Web... Check the box that says animate, and designate the number of seconds between each picture. Hope I helped a little, at least... Though you didn't say if you had any kind of art programs, so sorry if I didn't help much. =/
