How young is too young to enrol my kids in Vacation Bible Gun Camp?

Serious question, I am wondering what is considered too young to enrol my children in Vacation Bible Gun Camp. The camp doesn't take kids under 13, but I wonder if that is too young for my kids to be shooting a gun. I didn't shoot my first gun until I was 16, but I think it is important for kids to learn how to defend themselves from criminals and the government early on. I want them to learn responsibility with a gun and how to use it correctly.

To parents who have enroled their children in Vacation Bible GUN camp, at what age did you enrol them?

Bible camp is a great idea for any child but gun camp I am just not sure is a great idea.
