...i have health issues? once i turned 19 i got cut from my parents medicaid. in december i found out i have neurofibromitosis type 2 had to do regular mri's and ct's,and had a tumor removed. my next appt is coming up this december to see if the other 3 tumors have flared up,but i cant afford it. i go to the university of wisconsin so the bill will be huge. ive tried getting medicaid back but they told me the only way i can get it is if im pregnant or permanenty disabled.i dont know what im suppose to do, im going to have nf2 for the rest of my life but i guess they dont count it as disabling even though i get so horrible headaches sometimes when they flare up i cant do anything but lay in the dark for hours until it eases up. my cousin told me it was easier to get on medicaid in beloit. does anyone know if thats true. also anyone got any advice on how to get insurance? please id really apreciate it. thank you
