Uhhh, your question is a little confusing, but I'll try my best! To appreciate yourself, I would say gain some self confidence, and keep your body special. Meaning, no tattoos, no permanent things to your hair, anything like that pretty much!
To appreciate your environment, try to pick up litter around streets and parks, turn of electricity when you leave your house or room, or just ride your bike instead of driving!
