how would you write an html string to put a thumbnail on a page and link it...

...to a larger picture? i have both thumbnail and full size picture in the same root folder/directory as the web page i want to place the thumbnail on.
i wrote the html as described online and in manuals but it's not linking
the thumbnail displays but theres no link

This will show your picture 100x100 and if you click on it, will show just that picture, full size. Change border # to add a border to your thumbnail.
