How would you rebut this argument concerning business and the environment?

"Hoffman argues that business has an obligation to protect the environment beyond what the law requires and that it must creatively find ways to become part of the solution to our environmental problems."

I am supposed to disagree and form a convincing argument as to why. I am very pro-environment, and this is a very hard topic for me to dissent on. =[
