well what would you think if you saw someone in this situation?
imagine it's school and it's lunchtime. you see this relatively thin girl, medium weight but closer to thin than fat. anyway she's by herself, no lunch in front of her, reading a book. you look closely and you see it's a book about anorexia. would it be a big deal or not?
