I just had a delivery guy complain that I only gave him a 20% tip for bringing my one bag of food to my door. I had to close the door on him to get him to go away. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, and the woman told me that I needed to give him what he wanted. She said I should have given him 30%. I feel so cheap right now, and yet my brain is telling me...20% is what you're supposed to tip! Any thoughts?
