How would you find the Vertex of this Parabola y= -2(x +3)^2 +4 using the formula -b/2a?

Good Morning,

I have come across this Parabola and I am having trouble finding the Vertex of it: Here's the Parabola:

y=-2(x+3)^2+4

When I used the graphing calculator it says that the X Coordinate = -3 and the y coordinate= +4. I have tried using the formula -b/2a, which gives me -3/-4 (I multiplied the 2a as 2(-2)

What am I doing wrong? Hope to hear from someone soon.

Sincerely,
