Like ya know when they found out through DNA tests that some people executed were innocent.
For example could you live with your self after this happened:
You are and Executioner and you ask the inmate if he was any last words and he looks you in the eyes and says "I am Innocent" and then you pull down the switch and fry him.
To only discover years later by means of DNA testing not available at the time of sentencing. That he was actually innocent and was telling you the truth before you killed him.
