How would you exagerate the word "yes" as used by a character in writing?

I'm thinkin' either "Yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyes!" or "Yesssssssssss!" even though I want the emphasis to be on the vowel, e. "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!" because until you read the end of the word, the reader might think the character could just be excited about yeast. It's lame to just say the character ejaculated an exagerate "yes!" How do you deal with this?

No, perispho, because what if you have a character who is amateur?
 
trust me Yes! will work the best.. simple is better. the readers arent stupid
