How would you do photography like this?

Its alright, she is my friend Victoria.
Shes on holiday for 3 weeks so I can't wait until shes back.
How would you do photography like that?
Would it be with webcam/phone/camera
and how do you get it like One picture, then another, then another etc..

Help, Please?

Could be (and probably was) done by one of those photo booths then laid side by side and scanned.

Photography isn't done like that (well, I have a passport Polaroid that does 4 shots at once but that's a different animal).
