How would I look up for the State of Arizona of what the law is in repaying a debt...

...that a Judge rules on? If I go to court and the Judge rules in my favor for the defendant to pay back the debt, how do I look up the Arizona law regarding that if it isn't paid back after this ruling, of what happens to the defendant???
Please help. Thank you.
