I mailed my boyfriend an envelope. He lives in Canada and I live in the US. I have NEVER had a problem mailing packages before.
However, I mailed this envelope and by the time he'd gotten it, someone had removed the jersey I sent him. Everything else was there. I duct taped the top of the envelope shut, but someone steamed open the bottom and removed the shirt.
How would I file a complaint? Or am I just screwed?
