how would i get this photo effect (double exposure style)?

sorry i always ask this but love the photos. its like double exposure but more and soo cool- i see she uses a canon 5d mark ii is there a setting on this or post processing? I use a nikon d40 and photoshop, please give me a tutorial if there is one!!
