how would I get a php script?

I need a php script that will refresh one link, and then about .2 seconds after that refresh it refreshes another link about 6-10 times in a row pretty quick.. I could open up 6 tabs in my browser and use reload every to refresh the link 6 times in a row after I refresh the first link manually but.. its not always 100% consistent.. Any links to where I could teach myself how to make one quick or where someone could make me one for free would be great.. Its just to refresh the http headers to transfer money on a game if you were wondering. And have it to where I could right click on the script and put the links in quotations maybe.. ANY help would be appreciated.. Thanks
