How would I get a graphic I designed in Photoshop onto my snare skin.?

I have designed a logo on my computer in adobe photoshop CS4, and I really want to have it on my snare batter head. I currently have a REMO coated emperor x skin, but I dont mind the price of a new head, or using a website that has reasonable prices, however I want it on my snare skin, not a bass skin.
 
Take the design to a shop that does screen printing. Usually that is a t-shirt shop that does custom printing. Their print equipment should be able to handle your job.
