how would i find wat hoes is leakin for power steering on 1999 chevy prizm?

The best way is to spray them all with brake cleaner then compressed air to clean them off then just let the car run while inspecting the lines for wet spots. The price to change the hose will depend on which one it is.
 
It might be a hose or more likely the pump or actuator unit. Usually you can see a leak with just a strong light. At night, go out with a flashlight and the engine off... trace the lines going in and out of the pump and look carefully. If that yields nothing, an old trick is to dust some talcum powder around and look for the tell-tale streaks from a small leak. Almost always, when there is a leak, it will be at a seal, a hose clamp or a fitting. Good luck.
