Would you want to edit this swf with Windows Movie Maker or other software for editing video?

If yes, I think you should first convert swf to mp4 or avi, then edit the mp4 or avi file.

google for flash decompilers, they work sort of, but far from perfectly. If you could get the original .fla files of that swf, you could edit with Adobe Flash Pro.

Download it first online and i want to know how will you edit it? Resize it? Convert it to video? Adjsut the frame rate? Check the flash swf converter pro linked below, it's quite good at converting flashes, at the same time, it has some basic editing features too, good enough to use.
