How would i edit my photo like this on myspace?

I have seen many of my friends do this with their photo and i want to do it with one of mine, can anyone tell me how i would do it or something alot like it thank you. There is a sample of a pic like the one im talking about

You can do that on photobucket.com
But you need to make an account.

Upload a photo, and edit it, im pretty sure you can do that on there, just search around.
