How would i do the throttle assembly on my go cart which goes form the engine...

...to the pedal? I have a 9hp honda motor on my off road go kart and the throttle cabel broke and i took it off about a year ago well now that the summer is here i want to get the car up and running again but i have forgotten how the cable hooks up to engine and then back down to the pedal
