so my sweet 16 is in march. i know its really early but i have to order my stuff online cuz im all the way in japan. haha well the theme for my party is "club heat", because ima party animal and cant wait to go clubbin lol. and its differnt. what im wondering is what kind of decorations do i get to follow that theme. and how i would design the whole thing:]
