I just love small bites, so I want to make tartlets.
They are about 3 inch in diameter as opposed to 10inch pie/tart plate.
how would I calculate how much blindbaking time i need to make individual tarts?
A recipe calls for blindbake for 15mins, then remove the weights and bake for 5-10 mins more. How would I change that to suit me?
