How would I be able to wire my neon computer lights to hook up to my car?

I have two neon tubes that are in my computer right now and want to hook it up to the floors of my car instead. What and how would I need to do in order to pull this off?
 
as long as they are 12 volt tube then all you should need is a switch to tun them on and off or wire them to the interior lights but thats all you should need
