How would a very old Monarch deck fare in today's environment?

I haven't played Yugioh in ages. I've been looking at all the new cards and decks that are out there right now and just for laughs, I want to know if my old deck, without any revisions, would stand a chance against an up-to-date deck. I don't need this deck fixed.

Yes, it's very old and it would probably get pummeled. I just want to know how badly.
 
Honesty, this deck is pretty well built. It wouldn't win any tournaments, but it would be at least a little competitive. It wouldn't just be brushed aside, but it's not a for sure winner. There's only one true way to find out with this one.
