Plaintiff loans defendent some money with the agreement that the defendent will pay the plaintiff back, "when she finds a job."
It's been 2 years. She hasn't found a job.
In fact, she was never even looking for a job.
but nowhere in the contract does it say that she's obligated to look for a job. That was never agreed upon.
Does that mean she doesn't have to pay the plaintiff back?
cause it was never part of the contract that the defendent was obligated to look for a job.
(obviously the plaintiff wanted the defendent to find a job, but the plaintiff forgot to make that part of the contract.)
