Look for a link to any contact information. A name may be listed there. Alternately, you could send an email requesting the information you need. As a last resort you can always attribute the to author unknown.
I didn't think you need an authors name when citing a website as a source, but I could be wrong about that. The last time I had to do an academic work, the internet was not generally available to the public. LOL Just goes to show how old I am.
